Speedy Dispatch For DIY Installations
All our Windows and Doors are made to measure by the UK’s leading Fabricators. Delivery is normally 14 days from receipt of order and you will receive the following confirmations by Email:
- Confirmation 1 - An estimated delivery date based on the date of your order.
- Confirmation 2 - Confirmation that your goods have been manufactured and the date they will be received into our distribution centre.
- Confirmation 3 - Confirmation of the date your goods will be leaving our depot, and the date they will be delivered to your door (this is often the same day).
At all times you are free to contact our Customer Services department to check on the progress of your order. Remember to have your unique Customer ID to hand.
